Abstract
Green Human Resource Management is an HRM methodology that goes the extra mile to think outside the box and bring environmental sustainability into the picture regarding human resource activities. Managing human resources sustainably (GHRM) is a new term arising from the growing business movement to protect the environment. However, there are few bibliometric analyses of the development, trends, and collaborative networks in environmentally sustainable HR practices. The lack of this component emphasizes the need for the current inquiry. Biblioshiny and VOS Viewer software are used to answer the three research questions. Scopus database containing 357 records from 2000 to 2022 was used. Based on the data, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 were highly productive years for GHRM paper publication. The study uses Scopus Database research documents to create visuals and tables. According to this data, the most referenced work in GHRM was Green Human Resource Management: A Review and Research Agenda, and the most cited author was Yusoff, Yusliza Mohd, from University Malaysia Terengganu in Malaysia. This study shows that service sector research is scarce. However, manufacturing studies are rising. Furthermore, GHRM research differs across developed and developing countries. Hence, cross-cultural and multicultural studies need to be prioritized.
