Abstract

Ensuring the recruitment and selection of the suitable candidates is a key responsibility for every human resource professional. The selection process involves a series of steps and methodologies employed by organizations or individuals to identify and appoint individuals best suited for specific job roles. A well-structured selection process is essential as it directly impacts employee retention rates and overall company productivity. By accurately assessing candidates’ qualifications, skills, and compatibility with organizational culture, human resource experts can cultivate a workforce that not only meets job requirements but also succeeds within the company environment. In the present study, the researchers tried to identify the key factors contributing to the challenges and complexities of employee selection processes.
