Abstract
There are many risks hiding in the emergency treatment,common diagnosis and treatment of otolaryngology, head and neck surgery. To enhance medical students' medical risk consciousness and the ability of guarding against doctor-patient disputes, the correlative medical laws and regulations should be added, and their ability of guarding against doctor-patient disputes should be trained and enhanced during the clinical teaching.
