Abstract

With the advancement of high school information technology curriculum reform, the university information technology curriculum reform is imperative. This study focus on how to use new technology to promote university information technology curriculum reform effectively. After analyzing the status quo of university information technology curriculum and the possibility of promoting university information technology curriculum reform based on MOOC and SPOC, the study proposes that university information technology curriculum should adopt hierarchical teaching to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, as well as use MOOC and SPOC to promote reform, and expounds implementation plans of university information technology curriculum reform based on MOOC and SPOC.
