Abstract
An experimental model of endometriosis on white mature rats has been developed andadapted for clinical experimental studies.Objective. Development and determination of the effectiveness of the experimental modelof endometriosis on white female rats.All manipulations with animals were performed in accordance with the recommendationsof the UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee on Bioethics (IGBC).Material and methods. The experiment involved 23 adult non-linear non-linear whiteRattus Norvegicus Wistar female rats weighing 170-200 g, which had not yet given birthat the age of 14-17 weeks.Conclusions. Studies have shown the viability and functional activity of the ectopicendometrium experimental model which indicates its validity and the possibility of use infurther research.
