Abstract
The article presents the practical experience of digital transformation of the system of maintenance and repair of technological equipment of oil and fat business plants of Rusagro Group by introducing the factory-wide diagnostic software platform SAFE PLANT, which provides data collection from portable devices and stationary wireless systems, their automated processing and prediction of failures, as well as two-way integration with 1C: MRO for effective asset management and adjustment of repair strategies.
