Jobe Texas Tech University Evan Jobe received his Ph.D. from Indiana University in 1973 and has since taught at Iowa State University, University of Michigan, and Texas Tech University where he is currently an associate professor in philosophy. His publications include journal articles on scientific law, scientific explanation, and the metrical structure of time.
