Abstract
Human resources management refers to the organizational and managerial activities covering the processes of recruitment, training, development and adaptation of personnel, which is one of the most basic needs of an organization, to the objectives of the organization. Human resources management, which symbolizes a break from the classical understanding of personnel management, first emerged in the private sector and then spread to public administration. For both the private and public sectors, the human element is now of “strategic” importance. This importance has been a development that has brought human resource management to the forefront today. This study focuses on the bibliometric analysis of studies in the field of human resource management. The study will present a multidimensional analysis of the studies conducted in the field of human resource management in the world. In this context, the study aims both to guide academics and researchers who will work in this field and to open the door to new studies by revealing the shortcomings and gaps in this field.
