Abstract

Objective - to determine the effectiveness of using prosthetic technique with the use ofdiscrete mesostructure in prosthetics on a short implant, to evaluate the effectiveness ofapplication.Material and methods. The main group consisted of 90 patients (320 prosthetic units), towhom implant prosthesis was performed according to the proposed method, tested inpatients with loss of preimplant bone tissue in the area of periosteum as a result of theinfluence of pathogenic factors, and there is a need for correction of the mesostructure onan implant; in the control group there were 30 patients.The visual regenerative methodological monitoring of the state of protective structureshas been carried out. On the basis of evidence-based medicine, an analysis of theeffectiveness of the application has been carried out, an implant prosthetic method hasbeen improved, in which prosthetics by other means is not guaranteed or was traumatic.Implant systems, investigated in the experiment, (for example, implants U-impl (Ua) andMedentis (Dе), were used.Results and conclusions. The method of medical examination optimizes the prophylacticrehabilitation process were proposed and is recommended for clinical use in order topreserve the cellular process and provide the most favorable conditions for the realizationof the own osteogenic potential of a person.
