Abstract
Starting from the asymptotic evolution equation of the vacuum part of the distribution vector which has been derived in a previous paper, a general, closed equation for the one-particle distribution is derived. The resulting equation is valid only in asymptotic time and thermodynamic limits and it is applicable only for pair-interacting systems. The general equation is studied in a generalized Vlasov approximation for inhomogeneous systems and a new kinetic equation is derived.
