Abstract
The migration of North Carolina Community College Libraries to the Evergreen platform is the culmination of planning, training, and implementation efforts of librarians throughout the state over the last four and a half years. This article provides a brief overview of the process and outlines benefits for the 50 participating institutions, before concluding with suggestions for other libraries that are considering a similar migration.
