Abstract

目的 使125I粒子植入术病人系统了解疾病相关知识,积极配合治疗护理,提高治疗效果和生存质量.方法 采用随机分组的方法,将58例125I粒子植入术病人分为实验组和对照组,每组29例,对照组按常规进行健康教育,实验组实施阶段性健康教育,并采用自行设计的问卷调查病人对健康教育内容知晓情况和病人满意度.结果 2组病人对健康教育内容的知晓率和对护理工作满意度的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 根据病人的情况实施阶段性健康教育能帮助病人掌握疾病相关知识,促进病人依从治疗方案,提高护理工作满意度。
