Abstract

Objective To compare the effects of dyclonine mucilagines and lidocaine mucilagines on gastroscopy.Methods Eight hundred and seventy-three subjects were randomly divided into two groups,including 445 patients in observation group and 428 patients in control group.Patients in observation group received dyclonine mucilagines and patients in control group received lidocine mucilagines.The degree of nausea,the success rate of one-time intubation,the number of cases which had pharyngalgia after gastroscopy,clarity of vision and the average time the lens reached the descending and papilla part of duodenum was evaluated.Results The differences including the degree of nausea during gastroscopy,the number of one-time success intubations,the number of pharyngalgia cases,clarity of vision,the average time the lens reached the descending and papilla part of duodenum were statistical significant.The result of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Compared to lidocaine mucilagines,dyclonine mucilagines has significant antifoam effect and can improve the clarity of vision,mitigate the degree of nausea and pharyngalgia,improve the success rate of one-time intubations and reduce the time of gastroscopy. Key words: Gastroscopy ; Dyclonine mucilagines ; Lidocaine mucilagines ; Clarity of vision ;
