Application of Dyclonine combined with nitrous oxide inhalation used in gastroscopy

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dyclonine combined with nitrous oxide inhalation used in gastroscopy. Methods Dyclonine combined with nitrous oxide inhalation endoscopic examination was used in 200 cases (study group), and oral Dyclonine gastro scope examination was used in 200 cases(control group). Gastro scope operation time,HP,HR,SPO2 and the response and feel in gastroscopy of the two groups were observed. Results Throat discomfort, nausea, vomiting and the incidence of agitation rate of patients in the study group were lower than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). Patients in the study group feeling unbearable, obvious discomfort and slight discomfort were less than those of the control group, while the number of cases of no discomfort in study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Dyclonine combined with nitrous oxide by gastroscopy alleviates the suffering of patients, increases the compliance of patients, shortens the gastro scope operation time,reduces the stimulation of gastroscopy for patients, which is simple and easy to operate, patients are willing to accept and it has clinical value.
