Abstract

School coexistence is one of the fundamental aspects for the well-being of the members of an educational community; its proper management allows improving academic performance and strengthening the quality of learning. For this reason, the design of a socialization program to strengthen school coexistence in fifth-year basic education students of the Ana Páez Educational Unit is proposed as a research objective. Regarding the methodology, the study responds to a mixed research design, the inductive method was used and the level of the study was descriptive and applied to the students to provide solutions for a healthy coexistence. The proposal was put into practice achieving great success in the student community.
