Abstract
At world level decorative grasses are large used in the moment vegetal compositions, due to their ornamental qualities and their adaptability capacities. Assortment is a continuous change because year after year appeared new varieties of the species already used, but also because other ones are taken from spontaneous flora. In the current paper are presented an assortment of ornamental grasses which is able to assure the decor in landscape designs, through foliage with different colours (Tab.1) – green-blue, green-yellow, purple-red and panache (longitudinal and transversal).
