Abstract

Objective To study the curative effect of posterior microendoscopy discectomy (MED)in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods 57 patients with LDH were treated by posterior MED to evalu-ate the curative effect. Results 57 patients were followed up for 3~12 months( average,6.5 months) ,the excellent and good rate was 91.2% (52/57). Conclusion Posterior MED has the advantages of less trauma,prompt recovery and less complications. Key words: Endoscopic surgical procedures; Interverted disk displacement
