Abstract
Based on the Development Village Index Indicator and the Village Profile Index, it can be assessed that the performance of employees at the Denpasar City DPMD is still not optimal because it has not reached a level of progress above 100%. Of the 27 villages in Denpasar City, 27 villages have achieved independent village status with the IDM score not being fully perfect, namely 1 (one) and 6 (six) Villages/Kelurahan that are classified as self-sufficient but still unable to achieve full scores. In this case, the General and Personnel Sub-Section at the Denpasar City DPMD office has duties and functions including technical solutions to assist government affairs in the fields of Personnel, education and training. Through the stages of the implementation method which begins with observation, problem analysis, information and literature review so that it can be implemented, both understanding of aspects of improved service quality based on an online system, education and training for employees according to their respective duties, optimizing the use operational facilities to more detailed accounting aspects. So that it is expected to be able to educate and improve the performance of employees at DPMD Denpasar City to achieve optimal values.
