Abstract
This study is part of a plan to turn a former agricultural estate into an open air space for the public with recreational facilities. It offers the future planners a purposeful stock-taking of the environment items, including a set of annotated thematic maps, leading to a division of the space into homogeneous units. The draxing up of these documents which offer a batters synthetic approach is to be considered as a stage proceding the final project for development.
