Abstract
The distribution coefficients of nitrous acid in the systems: TBP p%-Dodecane-HNO 3HNO 2H 2O {[p%(v) = 15%, 20%, and 30%]} have been measured. An original experimental method avoiding nitrous acid decomposition was used. A statistical treatment of our results have showed that the variations of distribution coefficients of nitrous acid versus TBP 1 concentrations are explained by simple calculations.
