Abstract
This paper presents one of the researches inside the G2E [Education and Entertainment Group] from Federal University of Santa Catarina. It studies transmedia franchise market and its licensed products. The approach is to understand how products and services can be developed to direct and indirect consumers. A methodology based on design was created to develop products, and the innovation discussion refers specifically to aspects that can be used to allow implicit or explicit migration. The research bases are consumer fidelity, market segmentation and positioning, and transmedia franchise strategies.
