Abstract

Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) of copper centers in KTaO3:Li:Cu single crystals have been studied. Superhyperfine (SHF) structure of an exchange pair Cu2+-Cu2+ center, associated with the eight surrounding nearest-neighbor potassium ions was found. The EPR signal behaviour with the temperature may characterize the dielectric properties of crystals at the microwave frequency.
