Abstract

Domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a lot of empirical studies on entrepreneur orientation, enterprise capability and innovation performance. However, the main concentration is on the technological innovation, rarely on the service innovation, which is the key element for sustainable development of manufacturing enterprises. Then, what's the relationship between these three constructs? Therefore, a relational model of these three factors, considering the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty. 193 large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China were used as the sample to carry out an empirical study, which demonstrates: (1) The innovativeness and proactive of entrepreneur orientation have significant impact on service innovation performance; (2) There is positive correlation between capital capability, network capability, management capability and service innovation performance; (3) Environmental uncertainty is the moderator variable between entrepreneur orientation and enterprise capability and service innovation performance.
