Abstract
This study proposes innovative teaching strategies for the course of "Machining Technology and Programming", aiming to improve teaching quality and promote students' comprehensive skills development by updating teaching materials, strengthening practical teaching facilities, and introducing virtual factory software. Especially in the online and offline teaching mode, emphasis is placed on the deep integration of theory and practice, using virtual factory software to simulate real work environments to compensate for the shortcomings of physical practice bases. Teaching strategies based on students' abilities are crucial in stimulating their interest. Through process oriented evaluation, comprehensively assess students' abilities and cooperation spirit, combine information technology and Industry 4.0 background, cultivate CNC machining professionals, and meet the strategic needs of Made in China 2025. At present, there is a problem of theoretical and practical disconnection in CNC machining technology programming education. The "theory practice integration" teaching mode proposed in this study provides effective reference for promoting the improvement of undergraduate education through a cyclic process of practice and understanding.
