This paper aims to explore the concept of business model resilience in the context of the machine tools industry. It focuses on ABC Company as a case study to analyze potential threats to its business model arising from emerging technologies such as electric vehicles, new competitors, and reputation incidents. The analysis identifies the impacts of these uncertainties on the company's business model and proposes strategies for change to enhance its resilience. The paper also outlines a project execution plan for implementing the proposed changes. By addressing these challenges and designing effective strategies, ABC Company can ensure business continuity and adapt to the evolving landscape of the machine tools industry.
