Abstract
An electronic multifunctional adder SEM-3 for electric power account is described. The technical characteristics of the device and the principle of its operation are given. The algorithm of the adder operation is described. The adder SEM-3 is assigned for control and account of the electric power consumption directly from consumers, as well as in automated centralized systems for account and control, and is assigned for round-theclock operation.
