Abstract

Biliary hemorrhage often occurs in the treatment of cholelithiasis. A small amount of bleeding can affect the implementation and therapeutic effect of the treatment, while hemorrhage in large amount can incur severe results. Western medicine used in treating biliary hemorrhage is far from satisfactory in effect, so how to prevent and treat it is an important problem in the treatment of cholelithiasis. In recent five years, in our hospital, we have adopted duodenoendoscopy or mother-baby biliary endoscopy for location of hemorrhage accompanied by local spray of traditional Chinese medicine Galla Chinensis in treating biliary hemorrhage and have gained good results.
