Abstract

This paper discusses the increasing importance of sustainable development and the role of environmental legislation and management in promoting renewable energy. It covers challenges such as policy and technological limitations, economic factors, public awareness, and stakeholder interests. It proposes strategies including policy reform, technological innovation, economic incentives, enhanced publicity and education, and stakeholder engagement to overcome these obstacles and encourage the broader use of renewable energy, aiming for sustainable development and environmental protection.
