Abstract

To understand how satisfied the students were with the course of Dietary Nutrients and Food Hygiene, Sanya Aviation Tourism Vocational college students were selected as the survey subjects to get the answer to that question. There were 25 questions in total designed for 5 dimensions in the questionnaire. Each dimension had 5 questions in it and they were: teacher's comprehensive capability, teaching environment, what has been taught, teaching method and the effect of teaching. Relevant factors influencing the students satisfaction were also analyzed. According to the study results, there are significant positive correlations between each two of these 5 variables and they are: the teacher's comprehensive capability had a significant positive influence on the teaching environment and what has been taught; the teaching environment had a significant positive influence on the teaching content and teaching method; last but not least, the teaching effect had a significant positive influence on the teaching method.
