Abstract
This paper will analyze current situation of international cooperation and exchange of foreign language teachers in naval academy by questionnaire investigation and explore specific strategies and measures to promote international cooperation and exchange of foreign language teachers in naval academy in order to provide a brand new idea and method in construction of teaching staff in military academies in the new period of military transformation and in new stage of deepening educational reform in military academies.
