Summary
The new type of coronavirus disease was detected on January 13, 2020 and was described by the World Health Organization as a pandemic that threatens the health of the whole world on March 11, 2020 [1]. It spread rapidly, killing about 3 million people. The pandemic has significantly consumed existing health resources and a significant portion of the human resources allocated for health have been directed to this area. In this case, the operation of the surgical branches had to be changed. Government policies have been developed throughout the country, taking into account the recommendations of the relevant surgical committees in order not to interrupt the health service provided
