Abstract
SUMMARY In 1998 the College Center for Library Automation designed, developed and delivered to the Florida community college libraries a Document Delivery Workstation that includes the Ariel software as a key component. This article explains the purpose of the workstation, the software and hardware configuration, the development process and implementation of the project at a statewide level. Recommendations are made for others contemplating implementing workstations in a multiple site environment.
