Abstract
Inventive calculations were executed for electronic and heat capacity calculations of valence fluctuating YbPd single crystal. By means of Wien2k code, this study has been acted upon. Having a rich variety of physical phenomena, YbPd compound focused to a great extent attention. This compound publicized peculiar possessions attributable to the mixed valence state of the Yb ion. The deliberated bend over of the primary band cram agreed well with the available consequences.
