Abstract

This article aims to analyze two public schools the elaboration, updating and participation of Physical Education in the Pedagogical Political Projects (PPP) in Jatai-Goias. The methodological course was based on documentary analysis, with bibliographical and field research contribution. The data gathering instruments were semi-structured interview and questionnaire. The research results demonstrated PPP are not collectively elaborated and updated. In the municipal school, the update happens due to the bureaucratic requirement made by the Municipal Education Department and in the state school occurs with the school management exchange. Regarding the contemplation of Physical Education area in the document, it was noticed in the two schools was minimal, attending only to the legal precepts. The school community has not yet understood this discipline importance as a curricular component and that its scientific knowledge can contribute to the integral development of students.
