Abstract

?What is the formula for organizations to create opportunities that yield good results? There is no easy answer. The success or failure of an organization is directly related to its “organizational skills”, which allow it to compete and provide competitive advantage in its setting. Thus, they should be difficult to imitate, and the strategic approach must take advantage of the opportunities presented and, proactively speaking, even “create” opportunities that meet their customers’ needs. This article specifically presents how organizations create structures and how they need to have the capacity to administer operations such as purchases, recruiting processes, personnel selection and training, distribution, marketing, technology, risk, quality, project management, etc., which are developed and coordinated in a way that makes it posible to implement its value proposition for clients. Our objective is to demonstrate that the combination of these “organizational skills”, such as administrative, operational, and project management enablers and its continued improvement, should be considered when providing products and services to customers.
