espanolEl Partit Socialista d’Alliberament Nacional dels Paisos Catalans (PSAN) fue un partido politico independentista y marxista que defendio la creacion del Estado Socialista de los Paises Catalanes. El analisi del partido durante su etapa mas relevante, entre 1969 y 1980, nos permite seguir la genesi y evolucion de un espacio politico, Esquerra d’Alliberament Nacional, en los anos del tardofranquismo y la transicion. Aunque el partido no consiguio ninguno de los objetivos estrategicos que se habia propuesto, destaco por la influencia ideologica que tuvo posteriormente en muchas otras fuerzas politicas catalanas EnglishThe Partit Socialista d’Alliberament Nacional dels Paisos Catalans (PSAN) was a pro-independence and marxist political party that defended the creation of the Socialist State of the Catalan Countries. The analysis of the party during its most relevant stage, between 1969 and 1980, allows us to follow the genesis and evolution of a political space, Esquerra d’Alliberament Nacional, in the years of late Francoism and transition. Although the party did not achieve any of the strategic objectives that had been proposed, it stood out for the ideological influence it later had in many other Catalan political forces
