Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the impact of the implementation of Supreme Decree N°043-2022-EF, which provides for the incorporation into the public treasury of the income obtained from the source of financing of resources directly collected (RDR) by the institution, on the fulfillment of the Peruvian Navy's strategic missionary roles.
