Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to examine the behavioral dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership in educational management. The behavioral aspect of entrepreneurial leadership, which is shaped within the framework of educational management, is multidimensional. The ways of entrepreneurial leaders to achieve success can be evaluated from different perspectives. In this sense, entrepreneurial leaders should create their own agendas from an institutional point of view and use the best tools and techniques that will enable them to achieve their goals. Entrepreneurial leadership in the behavioral dimension is not a situation that can be completely linked to formulas. Entrepreneurial leaders need to keep their motivation as high as possible, act cooperatively, trust their instincts and act according to their intuition. Entrepreneurial leaders emerge as leaders with an understanding of innovative thinking. Innovative thinking within the framework of the understanding of different methods and apply them to develop different ideas, different methods within the framework of different ideas to put by creating new ideas, by making changes to existing products, more impressive, more useful, is to make products that appeal to you, besides, corporate structure, organization, process, marketing, product and service in the field of untested, not so much involve activities that have not been developed.
