Abstract
Efficiency and safety of nonsteroid anti-inflammatory preparations of ibuprofen and paracetamol doesn't raise doubts and is proved by many clinical trials. In medical practice both preparations for a treatment of feverish and painful syndromes are widely used. Rather often in treatment of viral respiratory infectiones and other diseases of respiratory system there is a need for purpose of strong antipiretic for achievement of the maximum medical effect. For such purposes using the combined two-component preparations which incorporate ibuprofen and paracetamol is recomended. Such combination of medicines has proved effectiveness and safety that confirmed by results of different randomized trials. Brustan as the representative of the combined antipiretic and analgetics, can be considered as a choice preparation for control feverish states as it, thanks to the active ingredients, has universal action: except fever relief, it renders the expressed anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
