Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with endovenous laser surgery for varicose veins of lower extremities. Methods A total of 80 patients with varicose veins of lower from October 2016 to December 2017 extremities were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intracavitary laser surgery alone. The experimental group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with intracavitary laser surgery. The clinical effects and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate was higher in the experimental group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The incidence of limb numbness, limb pain, subcutaneous induration, subcutaneous ecchymosis and subcutaneous hematoma in the test group were lower than those in the control group at 3 months after the operation (P<0.05). Conclusions Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with endovenous laser surgery can improve the treatment effect of lower extremity varicose veins, and reduce the postoperative complications and have higher safety.
