Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of tangshen particle on changes of serum levels of cystatin C(CysC) in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Seventy cases of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in two groups were treated by regular western medicine,while the patients in treatment group were treated by tangshen particle additionally. The content of CysC in serum of the two groups was detected. Results The level of CysC in the treatment group was decreased after treatment than pretreatment(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the level of CysC in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusions The levels of serum CysC in the treatment group were lower after treatment than pretreatment. It is more effective than western routine treatment simply.
