Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical value of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods A total of 46 cases of breast cancer confirmed by postoperative pathological examination were analyzed by dynamic enhanced MRI scanning and MR diffusion weighted imaging, the Shouguang People's Hospital from January 2015 to January 2016. The diagnosis were statistically analyzed. Results After MRI enhanced scan and DWI image analysis, benign breast lesions shape with clear edge and smooth edge, and malignant lesions is irregular, the edge is not clear, lobulated or edge burr; according to the time signal intensity curve type, benign lesion mainlyⅠtype malignant lesions Ⅱ, Ⅲ type; the dynamic enhanced MRI sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy were 73.91%, 71.74% and 76.09%, the accuracy of DWI scanning, the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis were 82.61%, 67.39% and 78.26%, the accuracy of combined diagnosis of the specificity and sensitivity of diagnosis, respectively 91.30%, 93.48%, 95.65%, MRI and DWI combined with dynamic enhanced diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy rate was higher than that of any single test method (P<0.05). Conclusion The method of dynamic contrast enhanced DWI and MRI scan has a certain clinical value in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast cancer.
