Abstract
This study sought to investigate effects of kindergarten teachers" organizational justice and commitment on their job satisfaction. For this study, 225 kindergarten teachers completed self-reported questionnaires. Pearson"s correlation and hierarchical regression analysis were used. Results show that, first, teachers" means of organizational justice, commitment and job satisfaction was high. Second, there was a relatively high positive correlation between organizational justice sub-scales and job satisfaction sub-scales. Also, in the case of teachers" organizational commitment, desire-affective commitment positively correlated with job satisfaction sub-scales, and obligation commitment also correlated with community relations and teaching passion. Need-continuance commitment had a positive relation only with administrative support. Thirdly, organizational justice and commitment appeared to be a significant variable influencing teachers’ job-satisfaction. Based on the results, several ways were discussed to improve kindergarten organizational justice and teachers" commitment.
