Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high quality comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety (Anxiety) in patients with emergency department of emergency department (hypokalemia). Methods One hundred and six cases of emergency department of hypokalemia in patients with hyperlipidemia in accordance with digital table method were randomly divided into two groups. Control group (53 cases) was given routine nursing care; Observation group (53 cases) in the control of quality of comprehensive nursing intervention group on the basis of, and compared two groups of patients with anxiety of influence. Results In the observation group, the disease knowledge, potassium knowledge and compliance behavior and diet and exercise knowledge awareness rate were 92.15%, 88.68% and 94.34% and 86.59% obviously higher than the control group 45.28% and 39.62%, 73.58% and 54.72%(P 0.05). After 3 hours of nursing intervention observation group, the scores of SAS(39.62 + 12.54) clear significantly lower than control group(55.12+ 12.95)(t=5.7942, P<0.05). Conclusion Quality comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the anxiety and maintain a good mental state, and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical nursing of emergency department.
