Abstract

Objective To expore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the improvement of anxiety, depression and negative emotion of patients with ovarian cancer. Methods Totaled of 60 cases of hospitalized patients with ovarian cancer were divided into the observation and contrast group, each of them with 30 cases.the observation group after admission adopted the systematic comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group only adopted a general psychological care.Self-evaluation anxiety scale (SAS) and self-evaluation depression scale (SDS) were used to test the degree of negative emotion. Results After the intervention SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01), negative emotion was significantly lower than that in the contrast group (P<0.01). Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can be helpful to alleviating patients with anxiety, depression and negative emotions, adapt to the balance of the state of mind, the rehabilitation of patients with a view to improve the quality of life.
