Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on prognosis and quality of life in patients with complex coronary artery disease treated by interventional therapy. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, a total of 100 patients with complex coronary artery disease after PCI in the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases of each group.The control group received routine nursing during interventional therapy.The observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention during interventional therapy.The adverse mood and life quality improvement before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores in body function, cognitive function, emotional function, role function, social function and overall quality of life of observation group were higher than those in the control group 30 days after discharge, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce perioperative anxiety and depression in patients with complex coronary artery disease and improve their long-term quality of life.
