Abstract

Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on therapeutic and psychological effect of patients with common bile duct stones undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). Methods 60 cases patients with common bile duct stones undergoing ERCP at our department from June 2016 to June, 2018 were slected , and were randomly divided into a control group and a comprehensive nursing intervention group. The control group were conventionally cared; and comprehensive nursing intervention group were comprehensively cared. The nursing effect, the pre- and post-operative anxiety degrees, and treatment compliance were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the anxiety score group was significantly lower and the treatment compliance was higher in the integrated nursing intervention than that the control group, with statistical differences. Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention measures for patients with common bile duct stones undergoing ERCP can effectively alleviate the depressive symptoms and reduce the incidence of complications, so it is worth for clinical application.
