Each BXD and ZZD were made into water changes of the microbes and the enzyme activities in intestine decoction of appropriate concentration that equivalent to 1 of mice with spleen-deficiency constipation were significant g·mL-1 of crude drug concentration in the whole group. The activities of amylase and protease spleen-deficiency constipation and the normal group were reduced but the activities of xylanase and cellulase raised.
