Abstract
Objective To study the effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with betaloc on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (CHD), blood lipid level and hemodynamics. Methods A total of 112 CHD patients with angina pectoris were divided into observation group and control group according to the therapeutic regimen, with 56 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional therapy, atorvastatin calcium was given to the control group, atorvastatin calcium and metoprolol was given to the observation group. The clinical efficacy, adverse reaction rates of the two groups were counted; and the serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), hemodynamic index [plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, hematocrit (HCT), fibrinogen (FIB)], serum inflammatory cytokines [hypersensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), soluble CD40 ligand (sCD40L) and interleukin-6 (IL-6)] level before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group[96.43%(54/56)] was higher than that of the control group [83.93% (47/56)], and the difference was significant (P 0.05); after treatment, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the level of HDL-C was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were significant (P 0.05); after treatment, the plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, HCT, FIB levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were significant (P 0.05); after treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, sCD40L, IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were significant (P 0.05). Conclusions Atorvastatin calcium tablets and betaloc in the treatment for patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can effectively reduce the levels of blood lipids, improve the hemodynamics and alleviate the inflammatory reaction, and have significant clinical efficacy and safety. Key words: Angina pectoris of coronary heart disease; Atorvastatin calcium tablets; Betaloc; Blood lipid; Hemodynamics
