Abstract

Organizational success is inseparable from the role of human resources and work dynamics can occur over time and can affect employee performance. One of the dynamics of work is a change in the order of life in various sectors as a result of the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially on employee performance. Work environment and work motivation become factors in determining the performance results of each employee. Employees will work harder in carrying out their work if they have a good work environment and high work motivation. Therefore, this study aims to analyze employee perceptions of the work environment and work motivation at Semen Padang Hospital and to analyze the effect of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic using descriptive analysis and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. Based on descriptive analysis, employee perceptions regarding the work environment and work motivation are included in the good criteria. Based on the results of the SEM analysis, the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance while work motivation has no effect on employee performance
